Kancho Jeffrey Frazier, 6th dan-Renshi congratulating all that passed the annual Black Belt testing held in Syracuse, New York. Sensei Frazier is a Chief Instructor for the Seibukai International for the State of Tennessee.

There are 8 main principles of conduct that Sensei Frazier instills in each of his students. We have taken pride at the Sakura Dojo to keep those principles that were instilled in the ancient warriors of Okinawa, Japan. Those principles of Conduct are: 1: Duty 2: Courage 3: Benevolence 4: Politeness 5: Veracity 6: Honor 7: Loyalty 8: Justice Of these 8, Duty is of the most importance. It was the Duty of the warrior to courageously use "Correct Judgment" for enabling a cause. Seibukai International believes in Elite Training in "High Risk" Threat Managment which is based on real life situations with properly trained responses. "Unrealistic" or "Unrelated" training is fatal to our students. Firearms are the extreme end of a"Reactive Response" and deployed less than 10% of the time in a threat situation. Training 90% of your time in firearms training is wasteful and flawed. Some of our training principles are based off one of the greatest Samurai to have ever lived. His name was Miyamoto Musashi. The priciples below are highly emphasized in Sakura Dojo: 1: Do not think dishonestly. 2: The way of the warrior is in his training. 3. Become acquainted with every art. 4. Know the ways of all professions. 5. Distinguish between gain and loss. 6. Develop intuitive judgment and understanding for everything. 7. Pay attention to even small trifles. 8. Percieve those that cannot be seen. 9. Do nothing that is of no use.
